Your questions, answered.
Here’s what to expect when you work with Webnorx.
How long does a website take?
A landing page typically takes 2–4 days, a business website 5–7 days, and a larger corporate or e-commerce build 7–14 days. Final timing depends on the agreed scope, content readiness and feedback.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in Australia, the UK, the US, the UAE, Europe and Pakistan. Communication happens over WhatsApp, email or scheduled calls.
What do you need to get started?
Your goal, brand assets, content or product details, and any relevant access. If content is not ready, we can include content writing in the agreed scope.
How does payment work?
Standard project terms are 50% to begin and 50% on approval before final handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Larger projects can be split into milestones.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. We review what exists first and recommend an improvement or rebuild based on the work required, with a clear explanation and quote.
Is support available after launch?
Yes. Website builds include the post-launch fix window stated in your scope. Optional maintenance covers updates, backups, small edits and health checks.
Why are some prices available on request?
Some work depends on changing platform rates or a custom scope. We confirm the current price, availability and delivery details before you agree to proceed.
How do social media growth services work?
Share the platform, goal and target volume. We discuss current pricing, delivery pace and realistic expectations before proceeding. Platform decisions and permanent retention of metrics are not guaranteed.
