We collect only what you send us: your name, email address, phone number and the project details you share in an enquiry. This website does not use tracking cookies for advertising and does not store your enquiry in a database — the contact form composes a message you send yourself via WhatsApp or email.
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver agreed work and keep records required for invoicing. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Any files, credentials or content you provide for a project are used solely for that project. Credentials are stored securely and can be revoked by you at any time after handover.
Where a project requires it, we work with platform providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, payment processors and analytics providers. Those providers process data under their own policies, and we only share what is necessary to deliver the service.
Enquiry correspondence and invoices are kept for as long as needed for business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time and we will confirm once done.
You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Send the request from the email address you originally contacted us with.
